Powerful plugin but at the current cost it's just not worth it for me personally.

Pretty lovely tut. thanks. the only thing I'd be interested in would be for the case "what when my specific genre doesn't appear in the list". Well, since I'm using Ozone (from 5 to now 11) I never found any Ambient related genre in the list. I fear the cinematic thing is more related to the more "epic" trailer thing, no?.
but what if there's not much high end because I find it disturbing in Ambient music and I'd like to use the assistant, wouldn't it just try to bring up any high end anyways just to try to fix and balance the track?... sorry I'm still kind of newbie in mastering but more than willing to learn. thanks so much for any tips / replies on this.

Dear Izotope. Please bring back Standalone Mode. Solve the 3rd party crashing issues . Sandboxing would be a great start in order to be more stable
with 3rd party plugins. And please add Envelope automation , and it will be the best mastering software .

A very useful future update would be to be able to connect an external F/X plugin chain or inline Ozone F/X modules such as reverb, delay, and/or chorus to the Stem Focus. This would give you ultimate real-time after-the-fact processing for specific elements in the stereo mix of a track.

Ozone 11 is standalone application or just a plug -in for some another software?

cool! that transient sustain is the big plus above other eqs. a free eq like Mequalizer does have more flexibility with each band being separate appointed to mid side or stereo.

when installed this, at least in Reason, it will not join my other izotope VSTs ,so now I have separate "iZotope" next to "iZotope, Inc." for imager and vinyl vst

Hopefully as AI continues to improve one of the things that will be built-in is accessibility for people with disabilities. I am sure artificial intelligence is absolutely brilliant when it comes to turning things that were previously not very accessible to people with visual challenges into something that everybody can use. I want to see more of that progression in AI. Too many websites are not Accessible for non-visual people like myself to use. We have to use screen reading software to navigate the screen which that in itself I would imagine has some sort of AI algorithm in it.

I'm using the trial version, which is supposed to be full featured like the paid version, but am missing some of the modules like Clarity, Impact, Low End Focus and Spectral shaper. Any idea why?

I can't wait to try the new ai assistant out, I have ozone 8 and the automated mastering is good but doesn't quite match places like masteringbox which I've been using each time I finish a song but if I can pay one price for ozone 11 and do unlimited tracks then that's the way I should go.

Other Than The Mass Confusing I Had Looking For A STEM FOCUS MODULE in The New OZONE 11, Once I Figured out that there is none and That its in the Vocal Preset Settings, I had Got Tripped up again Trying to Add Another OZONE 11 To make Surgical Adjustments to My Vocal Stem Without My FL 21 DAW Going into Double Feedback Sounds... The Order Placement And Prior Confusion Has Worn My Ears Out...I'mmah Have to come Back to That Part Later (Stem Focus Settings Tree Arrangement) Other Than That, The Rest of Its ABLILITIES ARE AMAZING.

Taking away the limiter module and renaming it the “maximizer” was awful. Please bring back the ozone 10 style limiter, the vintage limiter doesn’t have enough options to make it useful.

Not worth it from a long term patron.

I did the upgrade to Oz11and there's something I can't understand when you work on a stem per say on the EQ. Maybe Geoff can clarify this - If I choose to work on just the vocal on the EQ, I press the Vocal Button on the top and then make the adjustments. I got that part. Ok, so do I then go back and press the Mix button on top to listen to how my vocal adjustments sound in the mix or do I leave the Vocal pressed on the stem buttons on top?

After testing it a few days i have to say that the separate plugins of Ozone 11 can help to fix some problems or adjust some details of the mix. They are good as separate plugins. However, the AI assistant made my mixes sound very unbalanced. Much worse as if I would simply put a limiter on the mix. I would not expect that the assistant finds he best settings but i would expect that at least the mix does not sound worse after applying the assistent. In this regard i was disappointed.

This is an amazing video. Will definitely use these techniques moving forward
