ОтветитьWow . . . I lost count of how many foods you recommend are known to be TOXIC due to their extremely high OXALATE content with disastrously harmful contraindications: Cinnamon, spices - particularly Turmeric - Okra, nuts and seeds - particularly Chia and so on.
For the sake of your patients and followers, Dr Frila, you might want to take time out to get an education on those hazardous high Oxalate foodstufs you're patently unaware of. Sally K Norton's 'Toxic Superfoods' would be a good start.
Hopefully, after being better informed, you might feel inspired, if not professionally obliged to present an about face for your previously unhealthful recommendations. Albeit I'm confident, Dr Frila, many of your former patients and followers will graciously admire your stoic humility and the courageous curiosity demanded to make the necessary transformation from Toxic Diatribes to "do no harm" nutritional values.

Do you have any videos on what food to stop eating that would support lowering the blood sugar. I have a good feeling on what it might be for me but still not exactly sure. Thank you.

Ответитьits funny how these procedures always age you and look desperate and bad. I get body dysphoria and addiction but its still such a weird thing youd think more ppl would be self aware at this point and yeah maybe they are hopefully. A healthy body is such a blessing and at some point if you ever want to get close to someone the mask has to come off. Then who are you? Nothing. So just put every ounce of effort accepting a d loving yourself. Of yeah ya gon have to take care of yourself too. Its not that bad promise

ОтветитьI just got a CGM and my blood sugar rarely goes over 130 even after meals IF I take .5 tbsp of ACV (apple cider vinegar), drink kombucha, or take fiber pills or some chia/hemp/flax mix right before my meals. I generally eat clean but I’ve tested this theory before eating high carb/high sugar foods and it’s worked every time. It may not work for everyone, but it’s been working consistently for me.

ОтветитьI ate before I had labs drawn and then I was told I was Prediabetic. I was devastates becsuse i dnt eat out, i cook all my meals at home; baked chickens. Shrimp. Steak. I eat spinach. Asparagus so im totally confused.
ОтветитьIs there a good recipe for okra that cuts the slime? Like the taste but not the slime. Also not very fond of pumpkin either but we steam or boil it. I adore artichokes, I love the but not sure of our to remove the hearts. Are the hearts save to eat if they in jars?

Thank you for this video and thank you for educating yourself to be able to become a doctor that knows how to help people get and be healthy without Pharma meds. I so wish that all medical schools would teach these things, it is a shame that so many pay so much money to become a doctor and end up with very little knowledge about nutrition. I am sure you have spent lots of your spare time to get educated on real health and that is something I wish all doctors would do. Our world needs a lot more doctors like you!!!!
