"No Internet Connection" Error on Instagram? How to Fix! (2022)

i had this issue recently.

It’s been a year and his video is still so good. It was my VPN all day. I had to delete the app because it kept coming back on.

So I tried everything and didn't work.
I even tried to log out but I guess having no connection you can't even do that. So I deleted the app completely and re downloaded it. 🎯and it worked !!!

None of these worked
