I’ve always kept things decluttered, but the drawers, cabinets, pantry’s & closets that you show us, along with the 4 styles you point out is priceless!! I’m a 67 yr old newly discovered bee organizer. I used the Dollar Tree and WalMart and am totally happy with the progress I have always had in my mind! Thank you!!!

I can’t stand white spaces in the house; I call them a snow storm!! I don’t mind white uppers, but love dark, usually black lowers with countertops of granite, so that dirty tops don’t show! I just make sure I wipe it off each day!!

As a Dutch person it is hilarious to see what you find small. Multiple living rooms, bathrooms, storage rooms, an enormous kitchen. You'd have to be a multimillionaire to have that. 🤑 Thanks for the tour of your home. Your bug system really helped me. Groetjes

That 1400 square feet number can't include all the basement square footage. I have the same square footage and nowhere near that amount of space- two living areas, a kitchen with that much storage, a mud room, an office space, and 4 bedrooms, and some off camera areas; definitely not just 1400 square feet.

I have a Chihuahua that sounds just like Bandit. No sudden moves. And the desire to snuggle but then 2 seconds later bite your head off is perplexing. But that is a Chihuahua I guess. Lol. They certainly pick their favorites and just somewhat tolerate anyone else. 😂

Hi Cass, i love your parents Chihuahuas! We have 3 Chihuahuas and they are very sweet TO THEIR PEOPLE ONLY. They don't like lots of loud noises and want to relax and cuddle alot. It may take a little while for them to warm up to you. Let them come to you. They are great pets.

One good thing about painting all the woodwork black, is that you don't have to notice all the dust and dirt, unless you want to every six months! instead of every month like me and the cream-colored woodwork on a greasy, dusty, busy street! THank you for so many wonderful ideas, especially having a stash of purchase gift cards to give away! I never thot of that!

I need shoe organization advice!! I am a ladybug! I currently use hanging shoe organizers which work well but are old and I need to replace them and I’m wondering if there would be a better organizer or if I should stick with these.

My husband and I run 3 businesses from home; and have 3 of out 6 children still at home. And THIS is what I needed! I love it! Thank you for sharing your life and home with us!

When in your house no-one bothers to put things back to where they got it from there seems to be no point in any of this. Only good on paper imho.

Hi Cas, can you do a video where you show us how you store stuff in your kitchen? I too have small cabinets and even my basic cookware doesn't fit very well, much less in an organized way!

Your house is AMAZING! I love your content and have found so much help in decluttering our home from watching your videos. My home is 1150 sq ft. and there are 6 adults living here. (my daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren 24, 21, and 19) I am finding if you don't have too much stuff even a small home is perfect!

"I have a small house" proceeds to have 2 living rooms, 2 separate work spaces for herself (craft room and home office), each kid has their own bedroom, whole laundry room instead of washing machine in the kitchen/hall closet, and multiple bathrooms

You are so much fun. Yes, I need some help organizing. The first thing I am going to do is walk around the house and get rid of the paper, old bottles of cosmetics and then make a pile for giving away. I was a librarian (I am retired now) so, that is the one thing I cannot get rid of....books. We are going to put some new bookcases in the living room. The ones we have are not sufficient for our books. I also collect ones that I read as a child. There are books everywhere. Well, once in a while, I get rid of a cookbook or a paperback book, but each one is a treasure to me. I can give up other bits and bobs. If jewelry is referred to as bobs, then that will stay. Thank you for your encouragement and all the tips.

You have a beautiful home. I’ve eliminated all visible storage (baskets, buckets etc). If it can’t fit in my cabinets or other hidden storage spaces that means I need to declutter more. I’ve had the donation truck over 10x the last few month. I’ve decluttered so much I have now have tons of space. I’ve removed excess throw pillows as well it really helped simplify my home and made it feel much cleaner. I’ve realized no matter how much Storage solutions I have it doesn’t help all that much when I still just have too much stuff!
