Is the Base Model 14" Macbook M1 Pro Enough for Video Editing in Premiere Pro?

I also edited this video on the Macbook and it only took 5 minutes to export this 10 minute long 4k video. So when under more normal circumstances, it performs even better. Do you feel these new chips are as game changing as everyone says?

ik This video is old but I've had the same issue with playback when it comes to editing stuff that may have a lot going on, I'm just wondering if you found out about using proxies and making sure your footage is in constant frame rate mode instead of variable frame rate mode because those two things have made editing for me so much easier and have exponentially decreased playback issues in Premiere. If you've already figured that out then this is for the people that haven't. Look into what I'm talking about and you won't regret it.
