I mean... Of course google won't work on a chinese phone. gapps are blocked by law in china so of course huawai won't be able to allow gapp-useage on a chinese version. That's exactly why different versions exist...

I like the photos from what I can see, sorry Hong Kong is in such chaos. Hope sense prevails soon. Quite honestly I would still buy this phone (I am not a great fan of Android {or IOS} or the linked apps. So no problem for me!). I would prefer the battery drain tests but both ideas are essentially OK. Harmony OS from what was said today, if correct is already better than Android and Fuscia. With such a huge potential market place in China and the Eastern nations including India if Xiaomi adopt Harmony like was suggested. Can Google stay alive with most of its advertising revenue switched to Harmony? Only USA perhaps Canada and UK will still support Android against Harmony, but in USA there is IOS. I do not see difficult times ahead for Huawei other than a little wobble, but for Android in 10 years time we will be laughing at the limited nature of the crap it offered us in the 2020's wondering how it got so multinational when it's really just American.
