Thank you both so much for these wonderful videos. I am NEW too yoga. I am 54 yrs old. I am loving yoga and I DO want to make this a lifestyle. I will be continuing all the way through this little series and on to the next thing you both have. What I want to say is that Every time one of you say that you are proud of us I cry. The kind things you tell us to do to our selves like be gentle and be kind I have never heard anyone say especially to myself. That is the opposite of what I know, but here in the space and time of my life that I find myself I couldn't have learned this at a more perfect time. So thank you.😭💕Gratitude.

ОтветитьWhenever I get to the last parts of the video where we're sitting for mediation I always feel like I'm going to fall backwards if I sit up tall. So I either don't relax fully so that I stay upright or end up rounding my shoulders/back forward. Any suggestions?
