ngl some of these just sound like personal preference, i don't have the patience to use an axe so using a sword is not "wrong"

1. i usually have a sorted chest array (in a side room or away from my house) and an unsorted chest array (in my house, in an obvious location, usually in the living room) so i know where 256 blocks of cobblestone are when i need them but i don't have to sort out everything every time my inventory fills

The Stone Axe > Netherite Sword is a Java only feature. Since Bedrock never got the Combat Update, Java has many advantages, such as off-hand wielding, Sweeping Edge, and Axe buffs.

FYI, for gamemodes you should be able to just type 1, 2, 3, or 4 to switch, and just typing the first letter should work as well. but I will admit it's still quicker to use f3+f4 to switch.

instead of just having a bed with you constantly, you can just leave the server and have the others go to bed. Unless you're the host.

For the Stone Mason villager if you have lush cave the infinite amount of clay there would give you infinite emeralds from trading

organizing is useful, until it becomes a full time job.
organizing your inventory tends to boil down into either spending way too long learning redstone, or way too long making a warehouse so you can walk the isles and find that one chest with the andesite in it.
then you have the issue of crafted items. do i sort the stairs by base block, into stone and wood, or as a whole new stairs category? or just "building blocks"?
