ОтветитьGood instructions
ОтветитьGreat content. Solid advice and training.
ОтветитьNice perfect
ОтветитьShould have turned off the four-way flasher lights, to make sure all lights are working while you're walking around...
ОтветитьOSHA loves you 😢
ОтветитьDo you have Container forklift
ОтветитьThanks I'm watching nice video, but sir you must show any part to the camera 4 us people watching to see and know, especially when you start the machine.
ОтветитьBeginner here I'm working with what my instructor said is a M2 . Machine is good but old functions well . The thing I'm struggling with is getting a full load with the two levers on my right
Bucket motion and rising and lowering the bucket . While getting a full buckets
Not if I explained that but I'd like some pointers.
When I spread material going forward I put a 80-90% full bucket on the ground then open and raise my bucket at the same time anywhere from 6-10” off the ground (bottom of blade) and drive forward as I continue to open and raise my bucket at the same time to keep my blade height consistent. With good material on a somewhat level surface this will leave a beautiful pass especially if I back drag after I spread. 😉
ОтветитьThank you for your video
ОтветитьPlease get the jcb 3cx .in the your videos.
ОтветитьI'm to start a training lessons on earth moving machinery in a few weeks....Using your videos as pre-training experience.. You are a life saver..Thanks!
Ответитьeven worse on wet sand or muddy conditions ive need to repair the line i scoop before i scoop so i change line and dont drive into my same tire rut ive moved alot of dirt,, been moving piles from excavation of footers then bring back for backfill
ОтветитьI like renewing myself with equipment that im currently using , these videos are wonderful .
There are several people & 3 actual operators that use our 2017 WA270 loader .
My main use is uneven ground digging in compacted soil as in river rock & sand covering construction materials
in a landfill not flat like most of
your videos show.
Could you or do you have these types of videos ?
can you cover Landfill Compactors? Great videos! Im subscribed!
ОтветитьYeah i Whant too work on future whit them
ОтветитьIam working in a quarry and normaly driving a Komatsu HD 605 truck. But during winter there are often ill co workers and often some machines are standing still over days because there is no one to operate them. So now I feel a little bit prepared if I am asked to operate a wheel loader for these days . Tank you!
By the way, I´ve searched for the last three days to find videos about operating a wheel loader. There is absolutly nothing beside your channel!
Brilliant explanations.
ОтветитьI go in and once the bucket is in the dirt I slowly drive and slowly lift at same time to get the bucket right in and then curl the bucket up seems to work I went on a training course to get recruited for a roading project in NZ. You can also use a loader like a dozer.
ОтветитьFantastic video! Very well explained and detailed enough to assist me in the loader training course I'm attending next week. Invaluable information! Thank you!
ОтветитьSo nice and perfect operate equipment w/L.
ОтветитьSir,,,where ah botton for a change attachments me i see...
ОтветитьDo you need some drivers over there?
I have 12 years of experience
To be honest, do you always wear the Seat belt? I almost never see anyone wear it.
ОтветитьIm currently 18, and my mom is a truck driver and somehow got me an interview for 744k and 944k which freaked me out, I didn't know what too expect but I was honest and mentioned the fews ive learned from your channel and they said I had a good enough understanding that they would train me! Thank you so much, you're just an amazingly awesome channel, selfless with the goal of helping the equipment community, I hope everything goes your way forever. I mean I guess guys never grow up, our toys just get bigger!
ОтветитьAir tanks?
ОтветитьIs wheel loader automatic ???
ОтветитьGood evening sir, thanks for the great video. Can you video about Caterpillar 972G and thank you ..I am from Syria and I hope you can see the video
ОтветитьU have helped me so much i drive a Cat 930k and have applied your techniques with great success thank you very much.
ОтветитьAt the end of the day I park in a spot free space if possible and In the morning check for leaks usually loose fittings or something more serious! And when switching bucket I lift it high and curl the bucket to have the least amount of pressure on the lock pins and have a good view if they both close! Once one of the pin didn't close but I could push and hold it in place with a rag, sometimes in a major snowstorm all the other loaders are on the the road, As for the single pin if you work with heavy load you can see a slight twist of the bucket on one side almost unnoticable for the newcomer! As for the bucket on level not to dig I give a little lift to it just to be safe. Keep an eye on the blades of the bucket for wear mostly the side ones !
ОтветитьThis video is great. Now i understand.
ОтветитьI wish you could have a training centre in our country, we dont have much schools for heavy dute machineries, may you please come and help us. +255657787671 whats app number. I will provide the place for trainings
ОтветитьHi sir i learning wheel loader but loading on the dumptruck i feel fear .sir ples make a video to loading truck because your video are more useful to me...thank u
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьProlly should have started it when you started your “pre op inspection”
ОтветитьU are full of shit with that circle check. Clearly these machines are toys for you. Who changes their air filter every week? In a diesel motor?
ОтветитьNow don't get mad but What's with you and floating it the worst thing you can teach someone. If you finish grade a house and all you did was floating you'll have a houseboat because it's going to look like it on the ocean. I know you don't care but its not good to teach newbies. But all your videos are great they show a lot of what to do for beginners.
ОтветитьNice video and good explanation of techniques. I agree the material is really important on how you load. 1/3 to 1/2 widths (for cutting the fill out), if you want to level a really rough floor. But other than that, I can tell you have run loader for quite awhile.
ОтветитьBefore driving away, operators should make sure reverse alarm and horn is working.
ОтветитьInteresting comments thus far.
ОтветитьThese videos are great! Flawlessly edited and produced. Thanks !
ОтветитьHow dare they not comment your videos they should give you Google pics money every day XOXO expo XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO best fan of them all but I’ll be with her I’ll Butor of your eta of you you’re
ОтветитьHi boss i m wheel loder optar UAE dubai linces my contacts nambr 00971528217277
ОтветитьSo new loaders don’t have levels for the buckets? I operate a 624k JD it has levels fo our loaders to scrape even and it does have auto level too
ОтветитьBetter use WA500/WL600
ОтветитьUnlike when my dad was operating a loader, I didn't hear so much unnecessary bumps or jerking when you were operating this the machine. He really needs to watch this video and take a lesson from you. I also got to operate a Kawasaki loader when we were screening dirt, but I didn't notice any lock lever for the joy stick.
ОтветитьAre those protection shoes? And where's your helmet?
ОтветитьI love your channel and vids keep making vids 👍
