People who have a high risk of muscle tremors should consume caffeine sporadically. Drinking more caffeine-infused drinks can energise active people immediately

ОтветитьThanks. Now I know more about caffeine. And because I know more about caffeine I can enjoy caffeine more responsibly.

ОтветитьSufficient doses of raw cacao (chocolate) has a much more entactogenic (MDMA-like), euphoric, smoother and longer-lasting buzz than coffee or tea. The come-up can be a little rough and possibly more anxious than caffeine, but theobromine is clearly superior on all levels. I'd recommend it. However, if you have a caffeine tolerance, that might mess with your cacao/theobromine buzz if you decide to experiment.
ОтветитьBy far the most boring, bland, secularizing, scatterbrained, anxiogenic, dysphoric and un-satisfying stimulant in existence. I've encountered very few psychoactive drugs that are even half as bad as the caffeine buzz, and the side effects seem way too disproportionate compared to the level of efficacy.
Not to mention, even when the buzz itself is manageable, the crash that comes after (usually only 2 - 4 hours after) completely ruins the whole rest of the day. Depression, anhedonia, negative thinking, lethargy, apathy, physical/cardiac discomfort, irritability, etc.. Makes one wonder how anyone could even stand daily use. I find it very hard to feel thorough pleasure or happiness even hours after a mere 100mg dose of caffeine via a normal 8oz cup of coffee. And lowering the dose doesn't seem to do much to help it because at that point the efficacy is practically non-existent. At least cocaine even has an afterglow.. Theobromine is also not that bad.
While I sip my morning Joe..

ОтветитьAnybody worked in an office with coworkers who are overly caffeinated AND throughout the entire day only to be on a public bus with riders who are also overly caffeinated? There is a big difference between not liking your job and being tortured. Some people refuse to stop.
