I have that exact same lamp in your living room background and queen— my bfs brother just gave us these light bulbs for free but they flicker and it’s the same color as the current bulb in your lamp but it looks like a candle. I have three cats and they have stopped sleeping with me bc they are so mesmerized by the light at night lol. But just a lil tip bc I think it’s a game changer- i know it’s so random but I had to share 💗 que the self care 💅

please switch off the shower when youre not using it. leaving it on throughout wastes a LOT of water.

I don't respect those who waste water during doing other things without using water .it is clean water and you ııf you don't use it while all the bath routine please just turn off the tap.

I know this video is pretty old but just in case anyone is watching in the present or future: regarding the deodorant thing. If you don’t want to use an antiperspirant or deodorants use a benzoyl peroxide wash in the shower on your armpits let it sit for 1-2 minutes and rinse entirely. (Please rinse entirely or it WILL stain your towels and clothes) it kills odor causing bacteria in the skin folds however it does not stop sweat, only the odor that comes with it. Hope this was helpful because “natural deodorants” suck.

Girl please stop torturing your cuticles!!!! Your nails are so good but you need to be more gentle with your cuticles, don't make them bleed

Also, I really loved this video, except that it wasn't very environmentally friendly. For example, you could stop the shower to save water, and when you can afford so many self-care tools, it would nice to also think about the planet and choose less plastic and more natural materials, or not use disposable packaging (such as razor disinfectant in the video)

I am on antidepressants for 6 years since I was 13/14 (not the same type all the time, I tried like 10 different ones). I wanted to get off them couple of times but then it got worse again and again so I could not stop. My psychiatrist said I may need to take them for my whole life. (Btw, yes, I am going to therapy and I begun 2 years before starting the medication)
