How noisy is it near a piazza? Children? Any town will be a busy place, although being a small town.

The building is part of the church. No wonder it is so cheap. Imagine church bells ringing and vibrating almost inside your house. Madness. All those cheap houses are cheap for a reason. Mainly in depopulated areas, seismically active ( like Abruzzo), near volcanoes or in areas dealing with droughts.

Commercial business I can put on there? Even make a little restaurant there🥶?

But the front of the building has 2 big Windows or dors wich I dont find on the pictures . Than you showed on the biginig large brown stairs where are they?. Can I see the other bedrooms? You know maybe is only half of the house in the street but the front of the house probably does not belong to the property. As I understood from you is all the house front and side of the house .....can you please clear it up for me?

Great, prominent location in a beautiful little town. I'd certainly look into making the ground floor the main living space with lounge, kitchen, dining, a small 1/2 bath, and laundry then convert the upper floors to bedrooms (with ensuite bathrooms?) and a small study/office in the mix. Love the terrace! My only concern might be the snow, however the town has lots of services available even if you get "stuck" in town because of snow.

Beautiful building. Those buildings are beautiful and strong. Cosmetics is not expensive, I painted by myself inside. The price is very reasonable for that many rooms. I love it 😍

I wouldn't touch that kitchen. It's a charming time capsule and has a lot of character. It would be a shame to rip it out only to replace it with another generic kitchen that looks like every other cookie cutter version that is in every renovation in the world.

For me at least Agnone is too high in the mountains. Will lots of snow during winter.
