Maybe this is just me, but Twitch reminds me of what Marcie from Charlie Brown would be like if she was a man instead of a woman. He even calls Sam "Sir." in the same tone Marcie calls Peppermint Patty "Sir."

Twitch is basically Alfred but just in a different role.

I have to admit, twitch did not even flinch at the burn face. In fact, he thinks that Al survived but he didn’t I think twitch is literally an angel in human disguise. Spawn kinda reminds me a lot like Dracula but way cooler and badass and I love him

This guy and his partner are such good characters that they nearly upstage Spawn himself.

There's something really endearing about this little guy and his fat partner being actual, truly honest cops in such a shithole.

I love how the guy named "Twitch" doesn't bat an eye when Spawn shows his face.

Twitch is one of the most goated and pure hearted people in spawn. Sam to. Both are actual good cops who want to do the right thing despite everyone else getting away with doing wrong Scott free. They don’t care if it’s hard, they do it anyway.

I didn't understand why he didn't want to work with twitch. They could've help each other yet spawn is too stubborn to listen.
