Hi Simon, fantastic video. It was just what I was looking for. I do have a question. I duplicated six events in Google Calendar. All six got put over in Notion. Three of them came over correctly, and 3 of them came over 1 hour earlier than the time of the appointment in Google Calendar. Would you know of any reason that would have happened? Thanks for all your good work.

Why are there more columns in your task list than in the My Life OS that I purchased? Did you add those later.

How often does the bot updates the calendar? Mine just worked the first time I added an event, the it stopped.

if we have more than 1 different databases that we want to add and make it work , do we have to make another different bot for different databases or is there a way to have different databases in 1 bot ?

Help...? My Google Calendar events are not deleting. The bot is working, and they are being marked as done once deleted from GC, but they aren't disappearing off the Notion task list once they are marked done and I don't know how to fix it. Any tips? Thanks!

It works when it's checking the bot to save it, but then when the bot is supposed to be saved and running, it doesn't update it anymore. Weird. Great video tho!

Hi Simon, Your Content is outstanding as are your templates. I am new to Notion and your channel and like many I have been looking for a way to simplify and capture everything in one place. In addition to the tasks and calendar, I love that you have incorporated journaling and practices into the template. The one piece that is still missing for me is how to I incorporate email correspondence into the knowledge base so it is easily referenced for meetings or projects. Sadly, I have several email accounts ( Mac, Gmail, etc) both personal and business. Simon, can you or anyone else in the community share best practices and/or work arounds ? Thanks so much!

Hi, it was truly a great help :) I am trying to do the opposite as well (having my notion task created and to appear on google calendar, but for some reason the bot only allows that to appear with a specific "End Date". This means that all the tasks for just one day can't appear... Do you know what can be done? Again thank you soo much for all the knowledge!! :D

This is great for adding new events or updating existing ones. But how do you get your existing events into Notion since there is no trigger per se?

is it 2 way sync or just one way?

When I was testing with Zapier a while back, I was using the Gcal as the unique field which allowed me to update the title. I'm trying to work out how this might be achievable here in the delete or update function.

I cant get the time correct, i tried it with a formatter but i won work either. its either 2 hours before or after the real time.

Hi Simon, when I create the bot, it always ask me the time zone, but no matter what I put, it always not correct, what should I do please?

uuugh you have to pay for the templates :( I'm a poor ass student that just wants some organisation in my life.

And the option "delete" doesn't seem to work :( it says "couldn't find anything", what can I do?
