Tim! what if the frontalis wrinkles are now looking off and almost looking like the skin is coming down despite injecting 9 units of nucieva across the forehead? would we add more botox to correct that?

What aspect of botox can cause the "angry" expression?
Neglecting injecting the procerus muscle whilst treating he frontalis?
Can cause a fixed frown, thus angry appearance?

Animated series of needle movement benith skin and resultant lifts would be more catchy along with live surfacial treatment.

Dr Tim 2 things What do u think of this technique. Hyperdilute tox for frontalis injection to avoid bad outcome? I love it and think more professionals should use !! Also depth of medial and second injection pts of corgs So difficult how do u know if u need deep or more angled superficial depth for the first pt (BIGGEST QUESTION). I see injectors saying deep to the hairy bone and some going at a 35-45 degree angle. I have anxious tremors on appt day for frontalis and corgs It’s gotten to a pt where I want to stop going because they cause flat brows and turn my eyes into little squinty things(already a plagued with small almond shaped eyes. So it’s unbearable when they make them even smaller without any attempt at widening them or suggesting how
(my brow has no natural arch-I had a flat unibrow all my life -now I appreciate a youthful roundness to my brow
Difficult to get that when frontalis is treated. Idk why my frontalis is SO sensitive and too easily over treated.

I would love break downs like this and full video like the one u did on IG for full forehead injections. But nose gummy smile and upper lip and then lower face and even very wide platysmal band coming down from dao!

Do u do toxin to shape the nose. I saw one video where the injector claimed certain spots in the top top of the nose would give certain aesthetic results like nose tip pointing. But before I could really watch and take notes I lost it still searching for something similar,having no luck😢 many people deeper want to reshape nostrils. To make them appear smaller or to treat asymmetry from a nose break or just birth -or may so badly want a rhinoplasty but it is so far out of reach because of budgets. This is why I am interested in the art and technique of shaping the nose with toxin. Everyone should have the opportunity in life to feel great about themselves and live a life of confidence. Dr Tim can you do an updated video like this on the lower face. Showing up close injections and talk about the depth of dao and the different locations that one has the option of injecting for those who have a natural mouth like mine which is downturned all their life and very large And because of this need more than the normal one injection pt for downturned mouth. And also the chin Muscles and dli positioning break down and how to spot treat the orange peel chin when coming back for a 2 wk top up where it’s still dimpling. Thank you so much
