Bit late and you prob know about the killer now but as of right now (not including PTB) it requires 7 TV teleports to get a survivor to max condemned. Survivors also get condemned if they hold a tape at a rate of 1 condemned progress per 25 seconds, as well as a stack of condemned when they pick the tape up and a stack for every tv they turn off. Meaning survivors rarely care about condemned. There’s an addon that makes it so condemned can spread from someone being healed to the healer at a rate of 1 condemned progress per health state (this resulted in the slugging onryo playstyle) also putting a tape into its designated TV removes 3 condemned progress. At 7 condemned a survivor is revealed to you through killer instinct for a few seconds and can be mori’d once downed. If you want to force condemned progress you have to bring the ring drawing as well as the purple that makes it so every survivor starts with a tape AND the tv for that tape is as far away as possible, then you have to play like old legion, moonwalk towards the survivor and hit them if they try to use their TV while teleporting to speed them along. In the new PTB condemned is easier to get (if survivors are morons) because every 15 seconds you can give survivors 0.75 condemned progress however if a survivor holds a tape they become immune to that 15 second thing. Good news is slugging onryo is still an option, get a survivor to pick up a tape, down them, demanifest next to them, wait for pickup, down them again, rinse repeat (if a survivor is holding a tape every hit you deal to them gives them 1.5 condemned progress (cit needed) so camping a down is absolutely the best way to force a mori) until you get the mori. Also in regards to manifesting and demanifesting onryo has a sort of invisibility akin to the spirit, you’re not invisible while demanifested unless you’re 32 meters or more away from survivors (the Freddy effect) and you’re granted undectable, on top of that while demanifested you’ll flicker in and out of reality while within 32 meters of a survivor (shown as your arms appearing and disappearing (note this doesn’t mean a survivor is nearby just that you’re (in)visible)) and one final thing is in the new PTB demanifested onryos can’t be stunned by pallets (kinda useless cuz you still need to break the pallet but whatever) hope this helps :)

The onryo's mori is a reference to one of her movies where she killed someone by looking at them.
