That puzzle is designed so stupid, it doesn't even make sense.
They are just obnoxious.
We all understand 3*3 grids but the matrix provided here is wrong on all levels

Skip option available for electric box don't panic 🗿

Puzzle: u need a pen and a paper.
1) light shows the correct number
2)(when u first enter) if it shows only 1light in down (first row first column)and 1light in right side (first row first column)than 0is the no. In that place( first row first column)
3) then leave that 0 and change the other 0's to 1. And then enter, a new light come up and do the above steps again.

برای دوستان ایرانی اگه میاید بذارید بهتون توضیح بدم
باید ببینید توی ردیف سمت راست و ردیف پایین کدوم چراغ مشترکن و باید اون ها رو دیگه دست نزنید بقیه عدد ها رو امتحان کنید و باز چراغ مشترک پیدا کنید و دست نزنید بهشون
انقدر انجام بدید این کار رو تا چراغ ها روشن بشن
اگه اولین بار دکمه قرمز رو زدید و چراغی برای شروع روشن نشد یه بار برید عقب بیاید دوباره فشار بدید دکمه قرمز رو
سه چهار بار هم طول میکشه تا بتونید قلقش رو به دست بیارید

FINALLY, I SOLVED THE ELECTION BOX.

Ive spent an hour trying to figure out how it works, i watched the video, i read yall comments, so i think i got some tips that maybe you'd find it useful:

Basically, the lights on your right are "the row", the others are the position of the correct numbers. I suggest you should use paper and pen, when you see a light on the right on, it means there's a correct number on that row then you look at the other board, you could see if that number is on the left or right or in the middle.

It'd be kinda confusing at first but with paper you could write down the correct one, just solve it slowly and carefully. These numbers change every round.

If you've ever played the game mastermind it will help with the electric box. Basically anytime you have a right number it will light up a light. It doesn't tell you the position only how many are right in that row or column. So if you have the first one right you'll get a light on the first row and the first column. Let's say it's the middle number. It'll give you a light on the 2nd row and the 2nd column. They do not correspond at all the the order of the lights. It will simply light them.

This game is so complicated

I don't get which lights for the fuse box corrospond with which right number. That is what confuses me. When a light lights up, how do I know which number is correct in which row or column. This puzzle makes no sense but I know on a base level what it means I just don't get how do I know which specific number is correct! The lights make no sense

Haha it's really hard to explain how the electric box work but I finally understand.... so first you try all 0 and check, see if there's any light turn on, if there's light then check the row and column to determine which button is correct and then you change the wrong ones to next number and check again use the red button... do that until all the light on... sorry 4 bad english hehe

The electric box buttons' combination differ at each playthrough. Getting a pen & paper helps speed up the process (in my case I used the Note app on my iPad) so you could make a diagram & see which numbers you've already figured out.

I dont get the electric box puzzle at all

I could not understand the password of the electric box. According to the paper, we have to click on the buttons indicated by the lights lit at the bottom
