dolman stone build with hurricane might be the play this upcoming season. This will get nerfed but the question is how much.

It seems like multiple hurricanes are stacking into 1 instead of overriding w/ the overpower hurricane snapshot. SUUUUUPER broken. Blizzard has their work cut out for them to fix everything.

Question about Unique vs Legendary.

Played some of the PTR over the weekend and I started questioning why we would use a Unique over a Legendary item now?

Noticed that on a Legendary, I can get say 20% attack speed or like 10% critical chance -where on a Unique, the attack speed might be only 4% and on a glove like ersu’s, its conditional and only fireball gets that attack speed. and like crit chance -the max on the Unique was lower than the minimum on a Legendary.
It also has lower attributes on two of the other four than what you can get on a Legendary.
So I’d rather use a Legendary item than the Unique. -plus on a Legendary, you get the two Tempered powers as well.

The power of a bouncing fireball wasn’t enough to make me want to switch gloves to the Unique, even with the boost in ranks.

On a Sorc, I found this for a few Legendary items -leg slots -wands -boots -chest. In each case the Unique I used in season 2 and 3 is no longer good enough for me to want to switch out a Legendary item with two Temper attributes.

Did anyone else find this also or am I missing something?? Do you also think they need to boost the attributes on Uniques to at least match what you get on the Legendary items now? -and actually a Unique should be higher (like have more crit chance or more attack speed) than a Legendary.

Denn Blizzard hätte diese Probleme erst gar nicht währest du an vorderster Front bei der Entwicklung. Man könnte Sogar auf das PTR Verzichten..... 4 oder 5 stück von deiner Sorte in der Entwicklung wäre für Blizzard das beste was einen Spielhersteller passieren kann, echt. Fertig, Ich habe.

not entirely sure why this now is so much better, on NON PTR you dont have the 100% extra uptime, but if you cast fast enough should be similar, perhaps half this damage?

Isn´t worrking on my druid. They fixed it allready maybe?
But its pretty clear that is only possible cause of a bug. At your Druid boulder is still a wrath skill even with the Metamorpic Storm aspect. My druid is casting Tornados with this aspect and no Hurrican.

Interesting phrasing you used here. I have never seen or heard you use that type of language in regards to Barbs and the seemingly infinite stream of OP bs that class has built in. Try to be fair, Rob. Even when it's your preferred class that's broken.

Each season this game gets introduced new things. Not surprised you're finding op builds. I think they put too much on their plate to balance builds before they go live. Maybe ptr should be longer

Just once I’d like to have fun Ona. Season after we found this early in ptr.. nope… Rob reports and they fix and then he breaks game again and they fix. They need better testers. They suck ass as every season there is 10 things completely broken… terrible for a AAAA company according to them.
