ОтветитьHello AthleanX. I have had lower back pain right above the tail bone for more than a year now. Daily I get relief from cracking my lower back. I just turned 30. I never was able to crack my lower back consistently like that before. Each time I crack, usually once per day, it extends my spinal range of motion by 10-20%. Sometimes the back pain prevents me from picking things up from the floor unsupported. Any thoughts on this?

ОтветитьFellas this guys legit. For many years i suffered with weak neck syndrome and not knowing what it was or how to cure it. It wasnt painful but very uncomfortable and not knowing how to pin point where the problem was coming from and had to endure that uncomfortable feeling for days weeks months for years then i came.across.one.of his videos on upper back pain or neck pain somewhere along the lines and the exercises he did on that video i still do till today and im free of that uncomfortable feeling.

ОтветитьWow!! My mind is definitely blown right now! 😮 Last Friday I aggravated something in my back. I sit alot from driving and editing videos. Got to the point my pain was sooooo bad, I couldn't even walk!! But once I was able to walk a little again and move. I started doing some stretches but the pain in the middle of my lower back would not go away. I finally took some ibuprofen and then did the stretches in this video and the pain went away instantly! 🤯🤯🤯🤯 THANK YOU!!!!! I will keep doing this daily going forward, never want this pain again! God is good! 🙏🏽😇❤️
