This video is 50% a roundtable and 50% a puff piece for Bradley Cooper. They appealed too much to his ego and his forced awards campaign in this video.

You have to improve on formulating questions, some are just trite.

Cooper is a dogshit phony and we can all see it

I feel very spoiled having listened to Bong Joon Ho and his interpreter Sharon Choi for so long that I kind of feel bad for Justine Triet that her interpreter (who im sure is a lovely person) doesn't seem as well practiced or able to articulate to what she said as smoothly. roundtables as a format are largely inaccessible to directors who are non-english speakers and i think there needs to be a better way of figuring that out especially as non-english movies are becoming more popular and accessible with english speaking audiences.

Alexander Payne so underrated

Past Lives is probably one of the most beautiful romantic movies in existence. I can’t praise it enough.

I'm glad to see Celine Song at this table. It is kinda weird that Greta or Nolan weren't there, because they are obviously the most successful this year, but it's good to highlight other directors as well.

I'm so happy for Bradley Cooper, its awesome to see him grow into a director and producer he's the best. He's still my fav and I could be biased but Nightmare Alley is probably my favorite of his. I know he produced it and obviously Rocket Racoon is adorable/hilarious ❤ Maestro was really good

Martin Scorsese, Sofia Coppola, Christopher Nolan, Todd Haynes, Yorgos Lanthimos, Emerald Fennell, Greta Gerwig, Ira Sachs, or Ridley Scott should have been here instead of Alexander Payne & Bradley Cooper to be honest.

For all of you whining that Nolan isn't here. What else is there to say? His work speaks for itself. It's a critical and box office success. Like if he doesn't win, then there is nothing much else to say.

Alexander Payne (whose films I love) comes off as a jerk on the relatability question. As someone who was thinking about being a journalist, he should understand that some of these obvious questions are for an audience’s benefit, not for his.

Guys let's chill with all the hate...All these people are remarkable and talented.

Let's focus and even learn and get some rare or valuable insight from this group discussion instead of being angry and hating just bcoz its gives us momentary personal subjective affirmation.

I haven't seen half these films. I love Bradley but I definitely fell asleep halfway through the movie, it was filmed great though I will say. Blitz did a colorful fantastic retelling of missing pieces from the original color purple.
