Don't be afraid to ditch books! That used to be my problem too, but life is too short to read books you're not that interested in :)

I love the idea of switching to clean products, but every time I look them up and see the prices... I close the search tab. I also live abroad so many products I hear about aren't even available.

I recently started making my own beef tallow to use in deodorants, sunscreens, and skin care! You should definitely try that because it's easy, especially if you already eat a lot of beef.
