ОтветитьPicking up my first manual car at 27 in a few days. Have an 80 mile drive home! I'll be staying off the highway but this video alleviated all of my concern. Wish me luck
ОтветитьUncle Tony gonna be hella mad
Ответитьthis actually clarified so much. when i crashed my auto car my friend sold me an old manual nissan pulsar for $500 because i desperately needed a car, although i had zero experience and very little know how of how to drive manual. He drove me around the block once at 11:00pm to show me how it’s done and then he sent me on my way. I drove that car in morning rush hour traffic every day from then on just vibing it out in a sink or swim situation hahaha. I drove that car for 2 years no real worries but until now almost 5years later can i understand what I was doing right and what I never truly understood. 😂
ОтветитьDude explained it much better than I could. I'm going to have to show my girl this video.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьJust remember, older cars might stall if you just practice with the clutch without gas. Adding some gas before letting out the clutch to the bite point might be necessary
ОтветитьThat high heal looked romantical on you
ОтветитьIs this video for Americans 😅🤔?
ОтветитьThank you so much
ОтветитьThis is so cool

ОтветитьCan I use a bus to learn how to drive ? And how different is that's to use
Ответитьi just bought a 91 toyota pickup with 5 speed... i have two days to learn to drive this
ОтветитьOR or Hear Me Out
DONT DRIVE A MANUAL!
😂😂
ОтветитьYea I just stalled out
ОтветитьThank you. Only person to show tachometer clearly
Ответитьbest video by far showing how to drive stick . Thank You
ОтветитьThe injectors do not stop injecting fuel when you go to neutral else the engine would stall, the real reason that coasting in neutral is bad is due to loss of control in an emergency situation for example the need to speed up to get get out of a certain situation where the engine would just rev up or on a hill where you would lose momentum and be dangerous to other drivers around you.
Using the clutch to put the car into gear when the engine is off and vehicle is stationery has no affect.
The clutch is not required to move the shifter as they not interlinked.
What the clutch does it disconnect the engine from the transmission while it's depressed
This is a great video
ОтветитьA very helpful and useful video lesson!
ОтветитьThank you very march
ОтветитьAlways shift at redline, never before.
ОтветитьWas my first class today at a Driving school, and now I'm at this video. Damn you Uncle Tony for not recommending me this before
ОтветитьDamn you uncle Tony! Always giving the wrong advice as some "tips and tricks"
Ответитьhello, my grandfather died last year and he taught me to drive a manual car from the age of 13, but this video made me cry because my grandfather taught me the same way as you thanks for everything!!!

ОтветитьThank so much I have learn what you talking inpormation
ОтветитьGood explanation Big up
ОтветитьYou certainly covered all the bases . I am passing this video on to new drivers that want to learn stick . Some of them are young girls , as well as guys I hope this allows them to look at more options in car purchases they normally would have by-passed in their search . Top marks from me .
ОтветитьCan’t be that hard
ОтветитьWhat 95% of us in the UK past their driving test in.
ОтветитьAn Englishman finds manual transmission naturally and has no need of a tacho.
ОтветитьHomie needs a raise
ОтветитьGuide was so detailed I’m racing in Le Mans
ОтветитьThis is the first guide I've seen that's actually explained what's going on in the engine. That's literally all I've ever needed. Thank you.
ОтветитьStep one: press the brakes
Step two: press clutch
Step three: put it in R (race mode)
Step four: only let the clutch half way out while stomping on the gas. Every time you feel the car move a little press the clutch a tiny bit back in. Keep gas pedal held down
great vid and still stands up to this day, thanks so much
ОтветитьI have had manual car for five years, first I hated automatic but to be honest that manual transmission is sooo outdated. I am so used to automatic and love it.
