Excel Template with Alert Message for Expiry or Renewal Dates

Sir if renewed 2days before expire how to set if we put renewed date before expire it will show two days less

After entering the formula, as shown after pressing, enter cell shows empty no sign of expired or expiring soon

I am using this but have some dates that are blank as it is not needed. How do I have the formulas ignore the blank cells?
