Garou copies the exact same amount of power each punch Saitama throws at him, its just that saitama is growing many times stronger between each punch interval.

Saitama built different like how air in space and the portal shenanigans, bro he just keeps breaking laws of reality

Garou saw the sun and he actually figured out how to escape saitama he found out if he finds the earth he will be able to put a wormhole there to go back to earth and destroy it so he punched saitama in the other direction to not catch up

also Cosmic Garou didn't copy the sun but he has ultra vision so he can open up a portal next to Earth
the punch he did i guess he gave his all to knockback Saitama

Something interesting that if you know it is Pretty Fun to see. Saitama NEVER Takes any fights he is in Seriously. Not a Single one since he Became a God Like Being. This Fight gives the Illusion that he took it Seriously. But in Reality he didn't. Because if he did take the Fight Seriously he wouldn't be Fighting with One Hand. And he would have Struggled against Cosmic Garou. But in fact he just Grew Stronger and Stronger. Garou himself kept Copying Saitama but he can't Copy Saitama forever leaving him to Fall to the Dust. The last punch garou threw was him trying to send saitama into the void of space and get away back to earth. He wasn't copying the sun. Just trying to rid himself of an unbeatable monster
