The command we are to type in our cronjob * * * * * cd /path-to-your-project && php artisan schedule:run >> /dev/null 2>&1 is it supposed to run all the time, or we just run once?

Like, how does that command works?
Does it run once?
What if it stops, how do we know?
What effect does it have on our specified command in our kernel file ?
