Building User Defined Data Types in Studio 5000 | Rockwell Automation UDT with Two Layers

Trying to make a udt for a GSV using the WallclockTime my members Year,month,day,hour,minute seconds,microseconds UDT name date_and_time.
when I try to download I get (Error in member data type: Data type is invalid)
