Guys you are complaining about food , in western country you get small packet of peanuts and third class coffee for 6 hours flight from NY to LA.

It's a good addition to the Indian railway but it can't be compared to other high speed trains around the world right now because it lacks a lot of basic services and features. Food and service in Indian trains never really that good I hope they start training their servers like air hostesses so passengers can have better experience.

And I really like restaurants and observation coaches in other high speed trains of western countries I hope future Indian trains add that it can make the experience a lot better. Because I got bored just sitting on one chair throughout the long journeys which can take up to 2 days on some routes.

I really hope all of the trains get replaced by new generation of trains because the non ac trains are the worst they lack basic hygiene the toilets are full of poop because there isn't water to flush, there are cockroaches on the trains because the lack of cleanliness, the trains are always overcrowded becasue the Train conductor let anyone board the reserved trains and those people sit on other people's seat which they booked by their money and when you ask them to move they got angry all of this need to be gone. I love traveling in railways but these kind of things makes the journey unbearable. I really hope all of the old trains get replaced soon so no one without the reserved ticket can board the trains.

I think you are in the wrong here,
I think the food service was quite adequate and not much more should be desired for the delivery.
Especially when you don't even get a cookie in most of the other High Speed Trains.
It's like the attitude, Its okay it they don't serve food but if some services do serve 3 rounds I would still complain.

High Speed? Come again? In order to define something as high speed a train should have minimum 250/KMH speed. These train highest speed is leas than 150/KMH and run mostly on 100-120 KMH

The breakfast delay is NOT acceptable. This is not a common occurrence on Vande Bharat Express trains. It has happened may be this one time but no excuses.

Main issue is infrastructure in Bharat really, The tracks are really weak making speed dangerous for the passenger safety along with risk of track wilting or cracking.

Love this. Proud to see a westerner's perspective of indian train journey. Also brings more pride to know that these trains are made @ Chennai. Way much valuable compared to those here in UK. Great food by the way. Typical south indian. Looking forward to travel in one of these.

Rajdhani is my next most preferred train after Vande Bharat.
When Vande Bharat was not there in the past, Rajdhani was considered a luxury compared to other trains. (It still is to some extent)

From bottom left to top right, these were your second breakfast items: sambar, rotis, ven pongal and rava kesari. The small cup in the middle top likely contains coconut chutney, a great accompaniment with the pongal.

One thing to notice is THE VANDE BHARAT IS running at it's half the speed of what it's capable of! Because high speed rail lines are still under construction in various regions.
