ОтветитьWell done Paul Allen for explaining the ‘Why’ of Capability and Cp and Cpk so clearly.
ОтветитьGreat!,
ОтветитьStellar video mate! keep up the good work lad wheyyy
ОтветитьGreat explanation. Thank you
ОтветитьBut if you want accurate standard deviations, you need more data...
ОтветитьHey
Ответитьthanks Paul, it was really great
ОтветитьWhile creating your control chart for the first time? What's a reasonable sample size you can use and what would be the justification for that sample size? In other words, how many data points do I need and how do tell that this is enough? Is it subjective?
ОтветитьWould be very nice to have a linear tolerance stack-up with a 6 sigma cpk calculated with Excel as wverybody has it. Nice video
ОтветитьGreat vidéo thanks
ОтветитьI am learning for green belt exam. Which one of your books do you suggest?
ОтветитьThanks, you are a great practical teaxher.
Could be great if you give examples for your sesions ?
Hi Paul I have to conduct a DOE for 5 factors with various level pls help me out...
ОтветитьWhat if your Cp is 0,75. What do you do?
ОтветитьThings goes easy when you explain it. I'm sure your channel will grow cause you always clarify things in a simplest way.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьHi Paul
What software do you use for calculations and plotting of curves
Good explanations...thanks!
ОтветитьI'm very much looking forward to read your book about the small batch cp studies!
ОтветитьHi Paul. My tutor has only given me one batch of measurements with a total frequency of 100. He wants me to perform an SPC analysis on the first task and perform a Process Capability study. It really confuses me because I only have one set of data and I've seen alot of people draw distribution curves for SPC analysis. Does that mean that I have to draw two sets of Cp/Cpk graphs. Also... with only one batch of information how do I know where to move the distribution curve over too in order to calculate Cpk?
ОтветитьI have recently purchased your book Drink Tea and Read the Paper and can't wait for it to arrive and great job as always!@!
ОтветитьHi Paul, can you make video regarding the power and sample size ?
ОтветитьPaul, I take my hat off to you too, what a nice explanation!
ОтветитьA very clear explanation - thanks!
ОтветитьMr. Paul, This is one of my favorite lecture so far, it was the pathway to underrating many other things! Can you please provide a trusted link to Cpk-Sigma Limits Conversion Table! to help me find out my sigma results!
Ответитьabsolutely amazing. subbed!!
ОтветитьPaul, I take my hat off to you. I went through the AIAG's core tools overview course, was left with many questions and your videos came to rescue. They should definitely put your videos up there.
ОтветитьGreat video. Paul made it very easy to understand. Way of explanation is nice.
ОтветитьThx for great explanation
ОтветитьHi Paul.

ОтветитьHi sir!Do you know one of the MCDM tools, the BEST-WORST METHOD?
ОтветитьSir,do you have pdfs of production systems?
ОтветитьGood video paul, plz make video on Root cause analysis and CAPA

ОтветитьThank you paul. The simple visuals and explanations really drive the key points across.
