She is a extremely strong lady,all those movements are not easy at all ,she makes it look easy ,,I tried 1 min WITHOUT a kettlebell and I was going to pass out ,,,,well done

ive been an avid KB user for about 15 years. riddle me this, if that bell is light enough that you can just yank it off the ground into the rack position that easy, then is it challenging enough to be front squatting with some of the strongest muscles in your body?
(i know this was a tabata style workout, just food for thought)

It seems like the same exercises will be repeated over again like it seems sit gets it's seems simple but I'm sure when you actually do it it's very tiring. When you do these exercises what muscles are worked out exactly?
