Ответитьive been an avid KB user for about 15 years. riddle me this, if that bell is light enough that you can just yank it off the ground into the rack position that easy, then is it challenging enough to be front squatting with some of the strongest muscles in your body?
(i know this was a tabata style workout, just food for thought)
Good, but lack of variety... Gets too boring in second round. Still great exercise!!!
