This is what happened to me...I got emotionally weak, lost confidence etc...I had shoulder impingement and stopped working out....ended up looking like a teenager...lost almost 20kgs of muscle mass....got myself in a shit job...all my confidence was gone......she broke up with me a month ago after 1 1/2 of shoulder rehab. I'm now healed and lifting weights again. In the past 3 weeks I got almost 8 kg back. She hasn't seen me this big in the last year and a half......made several mistakes in the past month by sending her flowers and letters etc...I even sent her a few videos drunk and high at 7am coming back from the night...stupid...but after all of that she is still proposing a meet for 1 drink only (so she thinks)...shes is proposing that to explain our relationship from her side. I truly believe I will get her back but I need to play my cards right. She is saying all these things Dan has said in this video and other videos as well..."I'm free, I feel alive, i don't miss you blablabla"....she even called me a child...I need to be that guy again and she will be back in my arms. I'm on the no contact phase....been a week after the 4 weeks breakup....There is a pattern here...we men all do the same mistakes and they all behave similarly...Dan is the man here...hopefully I get her back

The problem that I'm facing with my ex is that if I go no contact or if I don't talk to her for a long period of time (for whatever reason), her attraction actually diminishes and she forgets about you. She's done it to her exes before. She's too emotionally centered to let it control her emotions that much. She just accepts the reality and moves on. So I need to consistently still talk to her in order to keep her "in my life" and have any chance of getting back with her. Trust me, if I go distant, she'll move on with her life and shut me out of her mind and lose complete attracion for me. That's how she is. The one thing I have going for me is that we still have sex sometimes. She tried to tell me that she "doesn't feel the sexual attraction anymore", but I proved her wrong by telling her that I masturbated thinking about another woman. She got really jealous and got mad at me, telling me "how can you do that? That's like me thinking about another guy, I'm going to sleep, bye". Then from there I turned it around to make it about her and I got her so wet that it ran all the way down her leg and she was begging me to stick it inside her. The problem is that I know she's taking me for granted in her life. It's not exciting for her anymore becasue we spend so much time together every day. I could have sex with her as much as possible, but she doesn't feel it "in her heart" anymore. I just don't know how to approach this. I feel a bit trapped. Like if I stay like this, I'm just gonna go deeper into the friend zone. But if I pull away, I'm probably never gonna hear from her again because that's how she is. What do I do? We've been broken up for 16 days now. I tried doing 30 days no contact but she broke it on day 2 telling me she "just wants to talk", and she told me after that she was just gonna move on if it went on longer. Thanks.
