Dogmeat is a synth! He was most likely left there by Shaun. (Father.) Think about this, Shaun's crib mobile was rockets. So Shaun probably liked rockets. Where is Dogmeat found? Red rocket. (Near Sanctuary.) Which Shaun must have known about, because he recognised the big rocket logo. Also, Dogmeat is the only dog (I think) in fallout 4 that is completely immune to radiation and can somehow carry 68 kilograms or 150 pounds.



P.S. Dogmeat is found in "Red Rocket" which is another nickname for a dog's genitals. Ha ha.

i have the Get out of my face! mod exactly for that - also it's just extremely funny to throw NPC's around
once time in the covenant compound when going along peacefully, i pushed the leading npc off a bridge which didn't extend yet, i expected him to get up and run back around to the bridge but for some reason he just died there (it wasn't even a large drop) i looked at his ragdoll from the top of the bridge not getting up, and that's when i got turned into swiss cheese by the guards there lol
