Am New (1 month in) and thought Plasma flamer was automatic.

So I know it might be a bit of a stretch, but I'm really interested in seeing a unique weapons ranking. All unique/named weapons like Ogua Gauntlet or Grand Finale, ranked by overall usefulness, fun factor, mobbing etc. Probably not the only one either.

I have rolled a godroll AA +50% VATS (and a third effect I can't remember, will edit this comment when I check) The Fixer. With the right modifications, it ignores 90% armor. And can 2-3 shot any large creatures with all Commando perks.

Guass weapon is very good

Enclave Plasma Flamer on top.

Vampire or instigating railway is the best best weapon for boss enemies personally for me. Automatic vats is very devastating

I have used cold shoulder on the old bosses like Earl and SBQ. Works like a charm. It didn't work quite as good on the wolf but I didn't up my health when I ran into it so I died fast.

Nothing new here, just pay attention to the kind of build that matches your weapon (and vice-versa).
Example: To use a plasma flamer you must be a full Rifleman build. To use a heavy weapon, you guesed it. So... great advicd here.

wheres the quad assultron head in this list with stealth vats crit build it has the highest single shot damage in the game by many of thousands of damage.

Important note: plasma flamer is commando style. Flamer barrel mod makes it automatic, which changes which perk cards affect it.

Try out the cold shoulder shotgun, it's pretty good

I have a sneak rifleman build and I main on guess rifle and I'm getting 720 hot point not sneaking when I do sneak it's even higher 1 to 2 shots per kill

I use a double flaming ari chainsaw for most everything with coffee stacks, good lord the damage.

A quad LMG is great but eats the ammo :-)

Pretty sure enclave flamer is commando, not rifleman as it is an automatic rifle

I am usually a support/stealth commando combo, but I do have an alt Heavy Gun build and keep an Anti Armor Gat Plasma with Vats Crit Hits +50 Damage for the big bosses. I was using a Vamp originally, and though I wouldn't die, I stood there for a long time spending alot of ammo and not feeling like I was doing enough damage. That Anti Armor helps alot!

If I have a plan plasma rifle or pistol what mods do I need to make it better or OP..?

The bucket trick did get patched on an update for skyrim. But I never got it so it still works for me😂

Hey been awhile just got back into fallout after more then a year off. Just wondering how the 2 mm weapons are hold up. Lost all my legacies so looking for a good replacement for heavy guns. Ammo is no issue would it be effective to use the 2 mm mini gun?

I’ve noticed with my fixer it eats up VATS in 3rd person , yet in first it lasts almost forever it seems

Fixer or a handmade would of took them out waaaaaayyy faster then those weapons you just used

Automatic Railway rifle with x4 magazine, +shoot vel and crit mods is a beast. Sometimes one bullet make 2 crits, the game bug It 😀, the velocity is too high. In supermutants lv 100 crit = 800-900 and VS Scorched Queen aprox 250-350 per shoot.

One thing regarding auto-mele weapons, I am lucky to have rerolled both, the chainsaw and the auto-axe with Blooddy/+40%swing speed and +1 Strength (Both the same). And both with the best mods that each one has. And the chainsaw kills noticeably faster and does about 5 more damage per hit. Although in the pip-boy it says that the damage of the auto-axe is higher, I have tried both with all kinds of enemies (without melee perks) and the chainsaw has a better performance.

Yeah and I am bad note turtle family guy shredder isn’t really a boss killer and requires too much stamina and I mean it’s not that I can’t be done but the resources needed to do it just make it dad kind of contraindicated

OK forget I said I should’ve had faith that you would make that point. You finally got to the point that they may not look good in the video by mantras cracked so foot in mouth I take back what I said.

You’re also leaving out certain critical Fast plasma weapon is nothing without the flamer mad. How many certainly I’ve got a swinger can use the handgun or the bag rifleman can use that Hill by Bernard boss killers without the flamer mine which is extremely difficult to get on the enclave.

Turtle I mean, I know what you’re doing they’re just listing good weapons to kill wasps as well, but every single one of those weapons well properly spec like when you compare to the difference between the shredder, or I me when you showed the shredder right after the auto wax, Machado did not look impressive And that’s just unrealistic and I felt fingers changed whenever properly SPECT with the shredder you drop those super moon and sailor sport jacket but I mean there’s not even time for them to react in our gym on our front of those weapons require certain specs, even if they can be used efficiently without rushing into them The shredder doesn’t have a lot of puffs and needs power armor with mom. What are the car anti-armor bumpers? I can’t think of it out of my head right now that’s that’s like one of the most important Balstad weapon gets so using them on suspect also the difference between those weapons for instants as example do you can use the auto acts or the chain farm on Sprague and in regular armor, you cannot get as much out of the shredder that way so people might be confused about a lot of these weapons that you’re doing this like totally unspecced

how did you use that minigun without any ammo? is there some kind of infinite ammo glitch, or? thanks!

I've participated in the Earle Williams event two times this week and both times he glitched in an infinite falling through the floor sequence and the he was standing on the ceiling for a bit. We managed to kill him both times but that was so lame... is he glitched like this for anyone else? (I'm on PS4 btw)

the game now has the most unbalanced weapon system ever ,after the great rebalance and legacy removal patch why bother getting anything al most desired meta’s where made weak or useless before now lets break vats criticals and faster fire rate cause these took my kills last night in radiation rumble 😂 allready sending complaints to bathesda not fair

As someone who uses the slug buster for a plasma flamer it is an awesome build!!!! There is one downside, the ammo. You run through it like crazy! Definitely recommend a secondary weapon for when you run out of ammo.
