As a trust fund kid set to inherit $8M, this song hits home. I have my parents and sister who is 10 yrs older. I barely know her. I’m grateful for my blessings but wish for more family.

That was the saddest night of my life, I failed, I failed my biceps training, I couldn't complete the last exercises, I didn't have the strength to lift my arms even once, I've never felt so weak...

I heard this song for the first time in 1971, I was 7 years old. I cried every time I heard it because my dad was in Vietnam at that time and I missed him so much. It's 2024 and all these years later, it's still the most sad and most beautiful song I have ever heard. I'm so glad I grew up in the 60's and 70's, when the most beautiful music was ever written and played on AM radio.
