Fallout New Vegas Item Duplication Glitch, Items Exploit

What does the left click do for PC. I wanted to see if this works for console as well but I haven't seen any videos say that it works on console?

Started replaying the Fallout series and am currently about 4hrs into New Vegas, cant get my head round the fact people actually find this out by just pure luck. It amazes me. Great glitch!

Could I do this on Xbox if I use a keyboard and mouse??? Because I've been trying a couple of these exploits and and all still working on Xbox one x and thinking if I connect a keyboard and mouse this will probably work ??????

The item weight required by this glitch does affected by(or i could say 'not correlate with'?) the Pack Rat perk. In that case, The minimum weight displayed would be 3.

That would save so much time on collecting ingredients!

You can also use this at merchants to add their items to your inventory and then give it back but it views it as a larger quantity, giving you a shit load of "store credit" to essentially get anything for free. Like if you go to gun runners and add a 10mm smg and 100 10mm rounds it will think you are giving back 100 smg's and give you credit for that ammount. You then take all of their money and any items you want for free for that particular transaction.

It also works while stealing and looting corpses. This actually ends up being the most game breaking glitch in my opinion because you get infinite everything, infinite stimpacks, infinite drugs (logan's loophole), infinite ammo, and anything from any merchant free.

Does this glitch work on ps3, because i had mine switch to hardcore mode and used the glitch by using X for ok and O to go back. Is that what need to do?

so i keep trying to do it and it just doesn't work. i'm pretty sure i'm doing everything right (aka left clicking and then immediately pressing a on the top ammo) and when i take it it just gives me the non duplicated amount. am i misunderstanding something or is it patched? and if it helps i'm using the ammo box in the hidden valley bunker

If you removed 59 instead of 60 does that leave one item in the box to be repeatedly duplicated?

i tried with my italian version of the game and this happened:

9mm ammo is place under the prewar money, performing the glitch doubles the 9mm ammo, if you put the ammo back it will triple them, whatever.

I don't get this glitch on my PS3, perhaps it doesn't work here

I found a annoying glitch its not beneficial at all but you can actually skip levels in the game at a cost tho my game froze during leveling up and had to take my disc out but now when i sign in on that save it skips level 49 and goes to level 50 i dont know how but it does but its not useful at all since you skip the skill page it happened on an autosave so i think its gone
