i'd be willing to bet that arc gets a nerf next patch... even when you totally screw up early and mid.... he STILL dominates everything late game

Can't wait for the next patch and quop gets her numbers reduced, she's been getting nothing but good buffs in her talents and abilities. A hit and run light carry that's good in any scenario as long as there's no mana burn that can also initiate given the silence on blink into insta ult.
