sir i submitted tender fee and emd in municipal corporation aligarh uttar pradesh. but tender not opened without any reason and retender lga diya gya. is case mn tender fees wapas hogi ya nahi. ya same fees retender mn use kar sakte hain. iska koi valid proof chahiye hai.

I tried to participate in a Govt Tender and made the online payment as Tender Fee. But after making tender fee payment final submission was not done due to time over. As per your Video I should get back the Tender Fee. I approached the department, and they said Tender Fee is not refundable. If you have any Govt. circular or any document where this rule is mentioned then kindly forward me such that I can produce it to the concerned Govt. department and I get the refund accordingly. Thank you.
