Use of COUNTIF with Multiple Criteria - Excel

Unless I am missing something this is not showing multiple criteria, it's showing the same formula for different criteria. I am looking for a formula that will combine date ranges from one column with sales values from another column but present the answer in one cell. Is that possible?
