Ughh Let's Try This Again... If You Could Go Back In Time And Start High School Over (With Everything You Know Now) Would You?
ОтветитьAs a Texan i can confirm that the school I go to is low key like this
ОтветитьPlastic isn't an organic material so calling someone plastic is saying they're fake as hell because it's an artificial material
ОтветитьOne of my friends never seen this movie and on her birthday we kept saying “it’s October 3” on her birthday. She then said she had no idea what we were referencing. Good times
ОтветитьI didn't like when you said Regina was a slxt (and teenager in this case) The times they sad 'slxt' made me cringe, plus other stuff did, but I guess it was the point of this movie. I loved it when I was younger, the aestethics, the jokes and the character of Regina and McAdams made this movie. Tina Fey did awesome writing it.
Ps. The part where Rachel threw the stereo (is it called like this in english?) on that guy made me laugh so hard too, it's golden.
You know what are good college movies PCU or the rules of attraction
ОтветитьI'm African and I find this funny despite the wrong ideas😅😅😅
ОтветитьThis movie is an absolute classic and I dont care to admit, as a grown-ass man who grew up with it, that I absolutely love it lmao
The comedy still kills me to this day
If you like Lindsay you should watch her in Georgia Rule, which is still funny but more of a dramatic role!
ОтветитьThere will never be another high school movie as iconic and quotable as Mean Girls. Regina will forever be the evil queen of high school movies. 😅❤
ОтветитьTHIS MOVIE TOOK Inspiration FROM THE BOOK QUEENBEES AND WANNABEES
ОтветитьThe “Jingle Bells” scene is hilarious to me bc in HS, a group of Athletes did it 🤣🤣 so I always think of that Mr.Lobo
(It was our school popularity contest) but it was so fun.
Ur delete of " mmm that sounds like a personal problem bitch" had me laughing my ass off. ❤❤❤ ur reaction.
Ответитьmf laughs through the very back part of throat lmao
ОтветитьMean Girls 2
ОтветитьI didn't know schools even had a dress code lmao
ОтветитьCool sweater omg
Ответитьthat is so fetch
ОтветитьI’m still impressed that Rachel McAdams filmed this and The Notebook in the same year.
ОтветитьI LOVE THE INTRO
ОтветитьTo answer your question, this movie was based on the non-fiction book "Queen Bees and Wannabees" on toxic femininity. Most of the events in the movie are based on real incidents recorded in the book, involving different people. Tina Fey gathered all the stories and put them in a movie. If I remember correctly, the whole "on Wednesdays we wear pink" was a rule taken verbatim from the book.
Ответитьif you love this movie I think you would love the movie Jawbreaker
ОтветитьDid u see thank u next by Ariana Grande??
ОтветитьThis is too funny 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьNot one guy understands the half a virgin joke. It means she took it up the butt
ОтветитьMean Girls is such a classic. “She doesn’t even go here” is my favorite line.
Ответитьyou should react to all the "bring it on" movies 🍿👀👀👀👀
ОтветитьLove this movie a classic an gretchen sexy af
ОтветитьIt was really fun to see you laugh so hard. It's great to laugh at toxic patterns we've been taught. It takes away their power.
ОтветитьThe Parent Trap will forever and always be my favourite Lindsay Lohan film
ОтветитьRegina: Making the most obvious and stereotypical mean girl face with large, calculating, emotionless eyes and a half-a-smile.
MellVerse; Ahhhww..man those eyes are gorgeous..... that smile is gorgeous...'
I love Amanda Seyfried so much in this, Karen was hilarious
ОтветитьRegina was the movie villain but Janis was the movie and actual villain
ОтветитьRachel McAdams gave us Mean Girls and The Notebook in the same year. Such a f*****g Queen.
ОтветитьHer name is Amanda Seyfried and she is 🔥 please watch Mama Mia and Mama Mia Here we go again!
ОтветитьBruh I forgot the Mortal Kombat song played before the credits🔥🤣
ОтветитьAt work we're allowed to dress up for Halloween, and most people go for detailed or elaborate costumes. One year a coworker of mine came in wearing a hoodie, sunglasses, and a sign around his neck that said "She doesn't even go here!". I laughed for about five straight minutes. Only about a quarter of our coworkers got the reference. 😂
ОтветитьThe principal was the only good thing about part 2! Part 2 was a disgrace
ОтветитьThe fact that you recognized Opus III at the end made my night!!! Haven’t heard anyone else pick it up yet. Such a good 90s song <3
ОтветитьDamn, I love your shirt!
And your video :)
Problem with homeschooling is primarily that parents dont know about all the stuff theyre supposed to teach their children, and that its good to have school separate from home. Must be a nightmare to see your teacher every day until you go to sleep.
Ответитьthank you for not dumping on homeschooling lmao (very long rant incoming, my apologies in advance, it'll come back around to the movie in the end i promise)
people always make fun of homeschooled kids, and frankly it's really juvenile. the two stereotypes are always either that homeschooled kids aren't as smart/well-educated as kids who went to (some form of) public/traditional school, or that they're freaks (usually because of lack of socialization). while yes, some homeschooled kids are a bit weird thanks to their parents not taking care of that socialization aspect properly, there are just as many weird kids like that in public schools as well! it's definitely not just a homeschooled kid thing, nor is it the majority from what i've seen (something people should also keep in mind is that a lot of homeschooled kids are neurodivergent... their parents pulled them from public schools because they needed a more specialized curriculum or more support than the schools could provide. so calling homeschooled kids freaks and making fun of them usually just ends up being flat out ableist. so don't do it ♥). and the same goes for whether or not someone is smart (or motivated to learn and get smarter). the type of schooling one has does not determine one's intelligence. i was homeschooled from 4th grade until high school graduation (i graduated early at 16), through various programs including online, charter, independent study, etc. though i took college courses on the side for subjects that interested me as well. and i've often found that i'm actually more advanced than most of my peers, and make easier friends with people older than me. even then, i'm often surprised by how much i know that other people never seemed to have learned (to be fair, this is probably more to do with my family and our life experiences than my education, specifically). luckily, my parents also made sure myself and my sibling were well socialized, since they recognized that homeschooling us would mean we would miss out on that. they took us to a lot of social functions for homeschooled kids, including church gatherings, science fairs, book fairs, general community events, and more! i definitely never lacked friends or proper socialization growing up. my family, and now i too, always believed that the ridged school systems and government mandated inflexible curriculum was seriously lacking and not at all conducive to a healthy or enjoyable learning environment for kids. kids are naturally curious already, squashing that to make them adhere to a frankly boring and limited curriculum (i've worked in schools k-12 for 8 years, it's not just me who feels this way, the teachers are frustrated with how they're forced to teach too) only ruins people. so whenever someone expresses some kind of misguided sympathy for me when i say i was homeschooled, i just laugh because i had it pretty great, i got to sleep in and in effect wear my pjs to school every day if i wanted, and i never lost my joy for learning to boot. cady is actually a really good example of a typical homeschooled kid. she's not a freak, at most she's a bit sheltered and inexperienced, but she's also well-learned. she's good at math because she likes it and that motivated her to learn more, which thankfully her parents supported which in turn allowed her to become so advanced in the subject. she also had plenty of friends and socialization growing up, the only negative is that it wasn't very diverse, which (comically) caused some embarrassing moments down the road. obviously cady goes a bit off the rails because this is a movie, but it was for different reasons unrelated to her homeschooling haha. i'm always really thankful that despite this being a comedy, her homeschooling was actually treated really fairly and not really repetitively made fun of or the butt of some huge joke, which could have been an easy route to take. there were some light-hearted jokes around it sure, but nothing over the top. just something i appreciated as a "homeschooled freak" lmao
anywayyy this is such a quotable movie. it's required watching for any aspiring movie buff (or anyone really who just likes to watch movies) imo. "get in loser we're going shopping" "on wednesdays we wear pink" and "why are you white" then "omg karen you can't just ask people why they're white" are among my favorites. really enjoyed the reaction! i've actually been bingewatching your channel since i found it. keep it up, man 👍
“Made out with a hotdog” was originally “mast**bated with a hotdog” but was removed to keep the pg13 rating. If you watch that scene closely you can see her mouthing the original.
ОтветитьHim asking what plastic means and the movie dang near over plus thinking she was lying about her dad means he really hasn’t wasn’t listening lol
ОтветитьDude have you seen Wild Child? If not, you should definitely do a reaction/commentary to it! This classic really made me think of Wild Child for some reason 😄
ОтветитьThese EDITS holy shit
