ОтветитьI have done this routine a bunch of times that I feel the 30 minutes go flying, and I really see some improvements in my range of motion, so combined with strength training I now I feel better and strong.

I’ve never really had a stretching routine and chronic injuries from inflexibility pushed me out of pro soccer, day 1 of starting a routine with this video and man it was a massive struggle but going to keep at it 2-3 times a week and see where we end up! Thanks for putting this out there for us soccer players!
