Wanted to note that I have no knowledge of Next Gen Nintendo hardware specs and everything in this episode discussing next gen hardware is just my guesswork, thoughts, opinions and speculation.
ОтветитьDoes anyone know if modded switch lite chip can be overclocked and have same performance like this? Basically can switch lite achieve 60fps?
Ответитьthey could just make it normal clock while docked and still use the underclock when in handheld mode
ОтветитьNext switch i kust wosh them they use a adreno gpu the same one as in next snapdragon chip.
ОтветитьTLDR: get a steamdeck and emulate the game
Ответить4IFIR is pronounced /tʃifir/ btw. (like chi fear)
ОтветитьWould this work the same way with Tears of the Kingdom?
ОтветитьI know you said it's not safe to run the game at a steaddy 60 FPS because it's unsafe, but do you think it would be possible to get a steady 45 (aside from some drops in areas like kakariko and the domain) because 45 is playable, barely, and 30 is just pathetic. Haven't played botw on my switch in forever. Emulation is the bomb when you have a nice build but still I would like to be able to play it portably.
ОтветитьDo not make a deal with Nvidia again Nintendo
ОтветитьIf isn't broken dont fix it
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьSo you can’t use these overclocking on v1?
Ответитьcool how the game can run so much better but shitendo locks it at 30 fps lmao
Ответитьcool
ОтветитьI'll just wait for the switch 2 next year
Ответитьthis video sucks
ОтветитьI do really like the game at 60fps but I feel modern consoles have spoiled us into expecting this out of everything we play. Like it takes you out of the experience to have one or two frame drops entirely… back in the day we would kill to have a game like BOTW even with 30 fps. I feel like we’re getting spoiled.
With all that said, I would LOVE to replay the game with a true 60fps ultra HD experience.
how to do this?
ОтветитьIt’s not “four-ifir” but “cheefeer”
ОтветитьCould the V1 switch go further if you watercool it?
ОтветитьIs this what console peasants consider extreme overclocking theses days? This is just normal everyday overclocking, extreme overclocking is what you get when you use Liquid Nitrogen and hardwaremods to increase the voltages.
ОтветитьI always thought a power dock idea would be pretty cool. When you hook the switch up to this theoretical dock it raises clocks (pretty sure they are only this low for simple battery constraints), gives the deck more thermal headroom, and of course offer more power.
ОтветитьI wonder how Bayonetta 3 would perform at these speeds
ОтветитьWould you be willing to do this with FC24 on the switch?
Ответитьspace invaders extreme reference
ОтветитьI’d love it if Nintendo max clocked the switch chip and sold it in a box ala Apple TV style for 100 bucks
Ответитьdlss only really matters for gpu, if they decide to have the cpu at too low of a clockspeed escpecially on docked then it will hurt the system massively, hopefully the docked cpu clock speed will be higher this time
ОтветитьI have got to see Pokémon scarlet or violet running with these overclocks!!!
ОтветитьGeo restriction is like: “What’s that? You’re not from this country? Well f**k you, you can’t watch it!”. It’s the reason VPNs were invented.
ОтветитьHow stressful on the hardware is this
ОтветитьI honesty don't recommend doing this, it puts at risk your hardware.
ОтветитьI can’t wait to see the switch successor.
ОтветитьGetting DMCA from Nintendo Speedrun Any%
ОтветитьIt’s pretty easy to pop open the switch and put on some K5 pro heat transfer material don’t know if you need to change the back panel though the OLED model might come standard with an aluminum back plate
ОтветитьThis is amazing! But now.. we wanna see Totk!
ОтветитьThank for the vids, just a quick memo, I like the old logo more. With the new I read MUG.
ОтветитьI assume this is why all the games they showed in last week's Direct were running at abysmally low framerates. lol.
Nintendo just accepted that the next gen unit will just be the same thing at a higher clock, so they "future proofed" games by just making them stupidly heavy.
Multiplayer Luigi's Mansion 2 was running at like 15 fps xd. Side by Side comparisons of Paper Mario TTYD to GameCube show the Switch version chugging.
All by design if the Switch 2 can run them all at 60 fps.
it is kinda safe now? Looks like oled can push much more than nintendo thinks, this stock parameters are insanely low
Ответитьoverclocking a device and the own house later on fire no thx !
Ответитьnow the question is: Why? 60FPS dosen't matter with this kinda game
ОтветитьWhat if you could adequately cool the new or older switch?
ОтветитьI really do not understand this obsession with getting all games to run at 60fps. Anytime I see a game running at 60fps, it just looks so unnatural because everything is too smooth. The reason movies are shot at 24fps is because it's the most natural-looking to the human eye.
Sometimes I think people trying to get a game to run at 60fps is more for bragging rights than for an improved user experience.
Can you overclock the Wii U? Maybe squeeze some 3ds emulation on it?
ОтветитьIf there is 4ifir for laptop 😢
Gtx 1650 ryzen 5 asus tuf 16gb ram dual chanel
4ifir is really cool 🥰
It is thermal throttling
ОтветитьI really want to see a switch converted to a console only orientation. A lil diy box
Over clocked, water cooled and in a new sleek case.
I'm surprised no microsoft leaks coverage 😄
ОтветитьCan you do a tutorial on how to achieve this?
Ответить
