ОтветитьMy training routine is not the same every week but it's a continuous loop, day 1 planche related exercises as I want to learn it,day 2 pull ups related exercises,day 3 rest,day 4 push again,but this time more exercises related to handstand and day 5 I choose abs and legs and then pause and begin again
