I have a question, is it ok for me to do the sets/reps first? Because i have work in the morning. I'll probably do the skill sets at night. Or do i still have to do the skill sets then sets and reps.

My training routine is not the same every week but it's a continuous loop, day 1 planche related exercises as I want to learn it,day 2 pull ups related exercises,day 3 rest,day 4 push again,but this time more exercises related to handstand and day 5 I choose abs and legs and then pause and begin again
