How To Create An Imagebutton In Ren'Py

Hey, ive been trying to make an image button remove itself from a screen and I cant figure out how. I have multiple buttons on the one screen, but want just the one thats clicked to dissapear, without having to jump to a new variable, do you know if this is possible at all?

I'm having some problems with my Visual Novel. I want to make a sound effect play when I hover and click on text buttons - both on the main menu and in-game.
I know about the style properties hover_sound and activate_sound and I managed to get it to work on the start button, but not on any other button.

I was thinking of making a game that bassicly uses a fake livestream chat where the player can type in text and based of what they typed something happened in the livestream. A game with similar idea is called feedvid. Would something like this be possible in renpy?
