I have masked the boat as you said but I could not move the boat if I tried I move the masked area but was unable to move the boat anywhere and there is no arrow key when I try to move the boat please help me 😓😓

I understand this is PREMIERE basics, but it's much easier to separate the layers on Photoshop and exporta as PNGs. I try to avoid complicated masks in premiere as much as I can.
