Something ab this one really actually works for me. It’s so hard finding ones that are legit and really work for us and this is definitely one of those rare ones.

Thank you so much for sharing your 'hypnotic lab' with us, Joe! I absolutely love all of your meditations (i've found you through a collab with pura rasa) and i observed improvement of my sleep/dream in just 1week. If i go for a 45min nap with your guided hypsonsis on, i wake up rested as if I slept for 8h...not only that but i receive some downloads of information during sleep, find stuff i could not find when awake etc. This morning i woke (6am) with your voice saying "you're good" - felt immediately back asleep knowing exactely what time it was. Second time (8am). You're good (back to sleep). 3rd time (10am) i was good to go (wake up) as the meditation on my playlist was about to end. Once i woke up with the "issue" of the wall/block. I was thinking what the heck Joe why do you want me to jump the wall and get hurt (haha). Second time I woke up at the exact same moment, went right through the wall.
Last time there was no wall anymore 😊❤

Joe, I just did a search for carpal tunnel hypnosis on Google....NOTHING listed but a couple of papers...why?? have I missed something?...this is a pretty common complaint...
