The BEST Way to Earn Money in Splatoon 3

In Splatoon 2 I was either broke or close to losing money, I have been playing S2 since October 2017.
(Yes, I use money tickets, played Turf Wars, all of the Ranked Modes, and Salmon Run. There were still times I was broke or close to not having enough money.)
In Splatoon 3 I feel like I have even less money. (Though I have just recently playing,so...)

Salmon run until 1200 is my go to money maker

Yeah, this is the estimation I came up with. You're skill level determines how much cash you'll make per match, but unless you're getting consistent 1-2 min KO victories in anarchy then you're probably more likely to make more bank in turf war.

My beginner's guide to Splatoon 3.
Step 1: Play Turf War until Mr. Grizz will let you work for him.
Step 2: Work for Mr. Grizz 40-80 hours farming chunks.
Step 3: Buy a hat/clothes/shoe combination you like.
Step 4: Play Turf War until you've unlocked all three ability slots.
Step 5: Use the chunks you farmed from Salmon Run to reslot any abilities you don't like.
Step 6: Play Turf War.
Step 7: ???
Step 8: Profit.

Starting to feel like the result might be the same, but also feels like catalog points gain is generally much higher in Anarchy, at least if you're winning more often than not, or at least losing very quickly between wins.

So, I hopped on the gear seed checker to see how many pulls I would have to do to get the gold banner - 458. Realized that means I needed to get 13.5 million in... Ten days. Came on this video to see how long that would take and what the most efficient way to get the money is, and, I don't think I'm getting the banner :P

No matter the methods I use I'll barely get money since my win/loss is 20%

With the way the bonuses work in salmon run, in the sense that the cash rewards can vary from a few thousand to tens of thousands, if your in a pinch for cash and are decent at salmon run, it can be a great way to make a few tens of thousands of cash quickly. I personally love playing salmon run and easily obtain all the cash rewards in 1 to 2 hours if the teams are good, making upwards of 100000 cash. But at the end of the day it’s up to personal preference. :)

the problem is that in turf war every second match or even more often people leave at the beginning of the match and the match gets cancelled
Huge time loss

TL;DR: Do Anarchy battles with a food boost, and do turf wars without a food boost.

Keep in mind that if you play turf war, you’ll be burning through those crab traps and pescatariats much faster than in anarchy battles.
If you want your tickets to count towards more cash or exp, go Anarchy. Your ticket supply is really the defining factor in making money. Same goes for exp. Make it count.

However, once you run out of tickets, I would definitely recommend Turf Wars over Anarchy, since it’s quite faster.

Unless you have the greatest gaming chair in the history of gaming chairs. If you do, go for Anarchy.

Tbh I think salmon run has the best way to get cash. A good strat is playing each rotation to get your 2 superbonus. This resulted me getting a bunch of cash even though I waste it on the machine

Salmon is very rare for gold tho I’ve only gotten gold once at least substantial that is and it was 100k but every since the max I’ve gotten is 15k so eh not work it

In splatoon i have a ton of cash i dont buy anything for my locker and i always wear the same gear never changing and i eat the food so i get double money and all my money numbers are filled

What i did
Wear the same gear
Eat food for double money
Buy only what i wanted for my locker

(minor s3 story / side order spoilers) small thing but go and fly out your drone in alterna every day, and if you have side order go buy random item from cipher every day too! i have received 30000 coins from cipher, and according to the wiki drone has 10% chance of giving you 10000 coins! even if it doesn't give you money it can give you ability chunks or food/drink tickets.

I feel like it’s also worth mentioning; The yellow prize capsules in Grizzco is GUARANTEED to have money, which can vary between 5000 at a 50% chance, 16000 at a 40% chance, and 32000 at a 10% chance, and every other capsule has the same 50% chance for the 5000 coins, and sparkling/bonus capsules will guaranteed have that color’s 10% reward. More information can be found at Inkipedia. So be excited if your bonus reward is a yellow capsule.
