This season made me not like peggy kinda like they made me not like captain marvel and Rey😂

Strange being evil here felt so weird to me. He could’ve won if he just didn’t bring in peggy, he could’ve easily taken kalhori on his own. He could’ve just only taken villains like he told peggy he did. He could’ve fed them to the forge one by one instead of storing them to do all at once and risk the riot. He still has the time stone, why didn’t he skim futures for ones he wins in? I don’t know, his plan didn’t really make sense to me and I don’t think him turning full evil was well foreshadowed. Also, why did the watcher intervien against infinity ultron and not against strange? Strange seemed like a far bigger threat here than one set of infinity stones.

The final fightscene wasn’t as cool as the season 1 final fight either, felt like just lasers over and over. Even with all the weapons carter gets half of them just turn into lasers anyway. Dr. Strange fights have the most potential to be cool in the mcu, look at his first movie, infinity war or his what if season 1 appearances. This wasn’t one of those interesting fights. Even stranges demon form was less interesting then it’s season 1 version.

I feel like they should’ve had some sort of intro to the forge here but had him lie about it needing to be fed powerful beings, then set him up as the season 3 main twist villain. Strange is my favorite marvel character I hate to see him shown like this. This season was just weaker then season 1 in general, and i really hope it’s just trilogy syndrome where the 2nd of the trilogy is always the weakest of the three and that the 3rd season will be the strongest.

Ngl, I hope they come out with that Captain Carter with all of those weapons as a Funko Pop + the 1602 characters + Thulk

There was so much that made absolutely no sense.

That scene of Gandalf and the Balrog DID come to my mind when Strange was fighting his demons falling in the forge

They need to continue what if… it should never end. Just random shows it fine it doesn’t even have to connect.

Kakhori shielded the stones so Captain carter can wield it is my theory.

Killing off Strange Supreme was so wasteful of the What If...? universe. First off, when Captain Carter used her shield to break the prisms holding various entities from universes, why didn't Strange Supreme use the time stone to reverse it? Remember, Strange Supreme is a genius-level villain who is among the most intelligent people on Earth, and on top of this, with his centuries of experience using time travel, this was a massive problem in the writing.

I think the ending was also terrible because they made Strange Supreme have a change of heart. It shouldn't have been this way; he was hellbent on what he had to do and basically could've won the fight by getting back on the platform and destroying the stones. He had so many abilities that I feel that Disney intentionally nerfed Strange Supreme because it pushes a feminist-woke narrative. I didn't watch to see a super soldier with above-average human abilities defeat someone who's on the level of a god.

Anyway, does anyone know who the demon Strange Supreme transformed into is? I don't think it's supposed to be a Balrog, despite the similarities; I'm asking because that demon seems to be so far one of the handful of the most powerful characters in Marvel's movies.

Killing off Strange Supreme did it for me. Marvel isn't even my top 10 favourite anymore. What is with this moralist portrayal of battle? Why can't the bad guys sometimes win? Is Strange even a bad guy? The shows and movies are lacking nuance and are instead indulging Disney formulas. Disney sucks! I hate Disney so much! Strange Supreme needs to conquer the multiverse and subjugate those arrogant fools! May they go backrupt.

Is it just me supreme strange is meant to be a multiversal threat but yet cant even get past a shield, kind thought it was dumb i understand peggy had all the stone but that shield was tank galaxy busting level attacks

I was watching this with my wife and her first question was how in the world did Carter pick up the stones like it was just jewellery while others have died holding just 1 stone

This episode reminds me so much of DC Comics ‘Zero Hour’ series from the 90’s

The scene with the butterflies and the mindspace reminded of Itachi Uchiha's genjutsu.

Full Demon Strange was a beast, he absorbed the Ancient One, Dr Strange, Wong, countless Demons, part of Shuma Gorath and more.
The fact that he’s scales above the IG is believable after in season 1 he was not even full beast mode, was ensuring the team where okay and probably absorbed many more after it, yet was still going toe to toe in non beast mode.
Trapped IG Thanos, IG Killmonger, Surtur, Hela, Wanda etc, crazy powerful.
He gave me Sentry/Void vibes with that evil side to him.

The other problem that I have with the last fight are the characters that can fly or clutch themselves from falling and help Captain Carter and Kahor. Plus if they made the build up of Strange being evil like Scarlet than it wojld be fine. I also didnt like it when they keep making the female characters op. I dont mind if they make the female characters op but they need a limit to it and how they make them grow proprely.



I really hope they bring back Supreme Strange as a good guy not evil

For me this finale was a bit overwhelming, the story for strange supreme as a villain was a bit too rushed. However the ending fight scenes with Captain Carter and Kahori with all the weapons was a bit too much and without much explanation. The 1602 episode was the favorite. A plus side for the finale was seeing the Loki tie in ❤❤👌👌

It doesn’t make sense that strange supreme was the main villain in season 2 but infinity ultron didn’t manage to break out?

It seems like this whole shows purpose is to propel captain carter into the live action MCU…

this seasons as a whole was one of the worst things i've ever watched

the pacing was terrible, the writing was horrendous, the voice acting for the most part was pretty amateur aswell
none of the episodes was enjoyable, none of the histories was remarkable

i truly think i have never watched something as bad as this series, its a 0/10 for me, it's not even like wasting time, cause even wasting time has some perks, this was just torture

I'd really like to see more of 1602, Hela, Kahhori like episodes and episodes like Episode 5 where it was like a Winter Soldier-Black Widow mash up...I'm really excited to see Red Guardian in Season 3 and I also really hope we see Goliath again, Bill Foster's suit is amazing looking and I would love to also see more of the 1980s Avengers! Could that be the Avengers of S103?

Why did season 2 finally felt like lazy writing? Like making someone who had redeemed themselves a villain again. Felt like what they did to Wanda in Multiverse of Madness.

I feel like the finale should have been 2 episodes. It just felt way too chaotic and like they were just trying to cram everything into a 30 minute show.

I think they really just made the actual combat lackluster, literally captain peggy knew basically 1 move for the majority of the major battle which was blasting strange with the power stone, and her friend wasn't much better, I think she got hit by his hand 3 separate times as she was running around in circles, which to me is just boring as hell to see a repeated fight.

I liked that they had peggy have some limelight but there are A LOT OF Heroes to span an entire multiverse about. why pick just captain america? you could do something with an unknown hero like Sentry or try something with the HULKS multitude of forms. like world breaker hulk would be INSANELY fun to animate and be creative with as a bad guy. He wouldn't need much to run his ideals across the multiverse after he conquered it all afterall. He would more than likely want to prove that he's the STRONGEST THERE IS!!

Doctor strange "reverting" back to his old bad guy traits is just dumb as a plot twist entirely, like who wants to see a bad guy go good and then back to bad? too wishy washy if you ask me. Make him just a side character with his new strengths and maybe he starts releasing the souls he'd stolen individually back to the "stranges" he captured.

I'm disappointed that Carter didn't say " You should not pass~~!"
