I'm a guy with high standards and the whole not coffee but dinner thing is wrong and arrogant, as men we know you girls have many back ups on your phone, and so we filter out the fake arrogant gold digger types, with a simple coffee date too see if the girl likes me enough to happy with a simple coffee date, that's how we filter out the bad girls. If the girl expects a dinner especially an expense dinner on the first date when we don't even know each other that well, that's is a red flag. It just shows you care about the experience more than the guy himself. We needa make sure we not being used for a free dinner or for just attention. 1: High standards: If you say that you have high standards then that means that you dont accept low things not everbody can even provide a good dinner and some people may prefer coffee cuz they want to see if you guys match saying that you have high standards can be perceived as you looking down on them

2: Princess Treatment: Please let go of this phrase for crying out loud it implies that you consider yourself above other people and makes it look like you want to be given everything without giving something in return please just use a better phrase like treat you well why cant you give the man "prince treatment" you two are equal so deserve to be treated the same

3: Dating other people: This is downright dumb like lets say a man starts dating you and his best friend starts dating you too if that one of the friends find out it can cause rivalry and chaos and it will make u seem like a ho and men will want to stop dating you or make the other people stop dating in any case this wont turn out well if u get a man who wants to date you don't date someone else or accept it when someone else is dating you
