with nestjs the proccess is the same?

Getting "[PM2] Spawning PM2 daemon with pm2_home=/root/.pm2" error while running "sudo pm2 start app.js" and other pm2 commands.
Help me resolve this issue

Is there a way to setup CI/CD? I want to commit to github and then ec2 should automatically pick new code from github
