you CAN force your bladder to hold more pee BUT it tends to cause a stretched out blatter which may result in a slight pooch in your stomach as well as a weaker bladder down the line, you can end up having accidents a lot earlier in life because the muscle that holds it in will get weaker with time and end up not being able to hold it in so just be careful if you "just hold it" too much

ОтветитьDrinking too much at once is going to hurt you. You are supposed to sip on water from morning till bedtime. A gallon is ok to drink as long as its like what i said. You just peeing it out as fast as you drink which means your body is not absorbing the water. By sipping on it gives your body time to absorb which then you get full benefits from water. Be careful drinking water, it can hurt more than help

ОтветитьOur organism hidrates not just from water, but from our food as well. So veggies and fruits add too, and most food has plenty of water in it. Drinking 2 liters a day, apart from food is not good because, we dilute our electrolytes too much, there is a lot of water intake from food also, and all organisms are different. Our bodies know when to drink water, and lets us know, so we should also trust our bodies. Cheers!

ОтветитьA good rule of thumb to see how much water you need per day is to take your body weight and divide it by 2 the answer you get is how many ounces you should drink per day!
ОтветитьI do not know if this was deliberate but you said you made sure to eat foods you would normally eat. What interests me (and probably many people watching this) is if you ate the same amount of food. Water fills you up so it would make sense that even if you ate the same foods, by drinking this much you would be less hungry and eat less of them. Which obviously would easily account for the weight loss and also would explain why you gained half of it back so fast.

Guys!! You don’t need to drink a gallon! The recommended amount of water daily is 2L which a gallon is equal to about 3.5L. A half gallon is safer and better for your body. You could get over hydrated and harm yourself. Stay safe!

ОтветитьI'll take your word for it that you know your own body and how this challenge affected it. I acknowledge that you made a point NOT to change anything else in your routine to make it clear that any changes were from the water. I just know of one other major variable that I didn't hear you mention. Hormonal changes from your menstrual cycle. Of course, if you're on birth control, that will probably prevent the changes I'm talking about. I'm not on birth control, and I know that my body does go through a ton of changes through the month. Depending on when you do the challenge would probably change the results.
Okay, I've just checked how much water I actually drink. It's roughly a gallon. Unfortunately, the benefits I felt when I got into this habit in my twenties seem to have gone away thanks to other factors. Aging sucks.
the thing is by doing this you deplete your bodies minerals too much which is why your skin got ravaged

ОтветитьThis is EXTREMELY dangerous! You are throwing your electrolytes (your intra-and extra-cellular fluid) completely out of whack, which can actually KILL you!
Here's how much water you need in a day: Take your body weight, and divide by two. There's your daily ounces. Unless you're over 250lbs, a gallon of water is way, way too much.
if you have clear pee its because your over hydrating so try drinking less take care ♥

Ответитьi wouldnt expect anyone do drink one of those fully by noon unless they got up at 4 am and went to bed at 8pm because most people arent alligned with the sun in their internal clock and for most of the year the clock isnt so if u wake up at 6 id say get one done by 2pm
