Help Please...? I installed the extension pack as showed but it doesn't allow me to choose between the three USB types

Does not work for me. After I install the extension pack and go to Settings - Ports - USB the options are greyed out so I cannot change from USB 1.1 to USB 2.0. What could I be doing wrong?
